A big heavy cut paneled whiskey decanter from the 1860s Civil War era....no embossing....hand blown with ground/polished pontil bottom....big ring bar lip....scalloped cut glass panels around base & neck/shoulder.....round "bell" shape.....10 1/4"tall....Sparkling near mint condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean decanter with no haze. The ground/polished area is most of the bottom of bottle
