    as you will find.  We reorder every 1 to 2 weeks.  You can smell the freshness in every order you receive.  To store at home, just place them in a ziplock baggie and they will keep for up to 2 years in a cool place.
    Our fibrous casings are permeable
    allowing smoke flavor to enter while creating a uniformed flavorful product.  Simply hydrate these casings in warm water for 30 minutes before stuffing.  Pre-tied on one end and open on the other.  String tie, staple or tape loose end when full.  Fully edible casing.  Just add venison, elk, moose, hog, beef or any other favorite meat.
