INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All orders ship using eBay's Global Shipping Program. At the moment, we only ship to select countries using this program. All associated fees will be paid upon receipt by the buyer and are not included in the auction price. FREIGHT FORWARDING: If you choose to ship internationally using a US-based freight forwarder, any return shipping, for any reason, is the buyer's responsibility. Please have your freight forwarder thoroughly inspect the item and confirm the contents with you before having it sent out of the US. We accept returns on all new items for an eBay best period of 60 days. New items must be in original packaging(including plastic wrapped items), uninstalled, and in factory new condition. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer on items that are not defective or damaged.
We only sell factory new parts, no exceptions. Occasionally, an item is defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit. Stuff happens, but when it does, we'll take care of you. Contact us right away and we'll get you a prepaid label, schedule a pickup, and get a replacement sent right out.
Returns are not accepted on international orders.
