Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. - Back Orders - If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. - Drop Shipping - At times we do ship directly from the manufacturers and warehouses. - How to Return an Item - We are no longer accepting returns on our eBay listings.
In exceptional circumstances, if a return is approved:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Returns shipped to S45 Inc. dba The Suspension Source will be refused at the time of delivery if the return policy is NOT followed.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- Return Exceptions - Items cannot be returned if they have been installed, mounted to a vehicle, painted or modified. Clothing Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Restocking Fee - All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your order had free shipping applied our original shipping charges will be deducted.
- Exchanges - If you have ordered the incorrect part or need to exchange for another part you can do so. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping charges to and from your location.
