The helicopters have not been flown in years ARE NOT known to be functional. Assume they need work to be functional or do not purchase.

NO RETURNS: Returns are only accepted when item is received "not as described" AND the buyer must keep the original shipping box, packaging, and shipping label or returns WILL NOT be accepted. I must be contacted with eBay messages within the Return Time stated for return authorization. "Not as described" returns will need to have an Insurance claim filed as damage must have occurred during shipment (the claim will be handled by us but will probably need to be initiated by the buyer before return of the item). Items returned within the return time for any reason other than "not as described", or without our authorization will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
New York State Residents:  must pay NYS Sales Tax (local pickup or shipment to NY).
