A FUN 5.5x4.25" card to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Made from quality materials including foiled Chinese symbol for 'ox" set within a handmade ornate circle foil di-cut. When the mechanism is pulled, this panel pops up to reveal the hidden "Happy New Year" Message and floral arrangement underneath. Also includes rhinestones, heat embossed edges and glittering corner accents.
