    Description

THIS WEEKS AUCTION FEATURES 8 MORE Really Nice ANTIQUE BOTTLES (From my personal collection)!! PLEASE LOOK AT THE LISTINGS AND HAVE FUN BIDDING!! BID WITH CONFIDENCE!
OK, Now I'm dating myself! over 40 years ago I was a young bottle collector at the bottle club I'd just joined when the two "Big Shot" diggers breezed in, showing off a bunch of bottles they'd just dug in New York!!
I was so amazed that people went by airplane to dig!
Well now, about two years ago, one of those diggers was at our clubs' bottle show and selling some stuff. I recognized this bottle as one of the ones I'd seen over 40 years back!! He said it WAS one of the bottles from that dig and I greedily grabbed it because I always remembered the story of their going to NY to dig!
OK story over....It is a really neat piece with a Jagged pontil scar and a nice crude applied top! I would call it a short-fifth, or a Sixth in terms of size/ Measures approx. 10" height
*Note The group picture shows a Western Whiskey that is a separate auction
