    Here is a DEEP PURPLE BLOWN IN THE MOLD PRE PRO WHISKEY BOTTLE that is embossed on the shoulder:
    H. GEHNER DIST'G. CO.
    It is about  11 15/16" TALL and is in GOOD CONDITION with a bit of wear and scratches and spotty haze but
    NO DAMAGE such as chips, cracks, dings, etc
    . It is an EARLY ABM bottle from the EARLY 1900'. SEE PICS FOR MORE DETAIL ON CONDITION AND CHARACTER.
    This bottle is considered to be "IRRADIATED" as it got it's PURPLE COLOR by MECHANICALLY ACCELERATING the "PURPLING PROCESS" through intense ULTRA VIOLET RAYS that would have taken a long time in the same ULTRA VIOLET RAYS of the SUN and even then it would not be as dark purple as opposed to using the accelerated machine process. The bottle was made with MANGANESE in the GLASS MIXTURE and that's where the COLOR comes from................
