The rubber mats are flattened from being in the box. Both strobe lights work great as can be seen in the test results. Please note that the lights alternate and two different photos were needed. Dimensions are approximately 15" wide x 8" deep x 6" high. Includes installation and operation manual which has a template for permanent mount.
