Hardy Marquis Salmon No 2 Fly Reel w Compact Scandi 540 line original box & case.
This classic used Hardy fly reel has a great deal of line capacity and makes a vicious growl while landing a fish. It has never been damaged in any way other than a few minor cosmetic scratches, it is in ready to fish condition. Unfortunately, in an attempt to organize our mounds of fishing gear, I wrote the line weight number we preferred in black marker all over this reel. You can see my mistakes in the photos. I’m hoping the buyer can scrub it off w WD 40, as I was unsuccessful. Included is an Airflow Compact Scandi 540 grain, floating fly line, 15’ intermediate tip, 20 pound Airflow running line and plenty of backing. It has the original box, bag and warranty card.
