Hardy St George 3 3/4" LHW RHW MK2 Dual Ceramic Line Guards Fly Reel

For your consideration is a dual ceramic line guard Hardy 3 3/4" St. George Fly Reel. In the past, someone had moved the line guard from the RHW position to the LHW position and did a fine job except that they used a screw that was proud on the outside and what looks like JB Weld where the guard contacted the rim on the off side. I found another line guard and had a machinist replace the screw and rivet in both line guards.
The reel has a strong drag and would be ideal for a 6 - 7 - 8 weight line where a fair amount of backing is needed for larger fish than I ever encounter. It comes with the original Hardy vinyl case with the blue felt interior. Other than the top of the case having what appears to be some sort of clay, the case is in excellent shape.
