    Up for your consideration is a Horizon threading grooving carbide insert tool holder #TSR-16-3D. The bottom front corner (see last pic) was ground away for clearance. Other than that, the holder is mint. Shank is 1” X 1”. Holder has one used (re-sharpened on one end) carbide threading insert included. Please look at the pictures and judge condition for yourself.
