Print quality degrades over time and usage, as the rollers get old and scratched up by even just paper passing through them. It's easy in the past, just order the fuser assembly and 2 screws, install a new unit and up your printer is running good again for a long time. But that part is so difficult to find now-a-day and finally we decided to rebuild them and we are now offering you this service.
Make sure your printer is a 16/600 PS and the fuser assembly has the 2 blue pull tabs on the sides as shown in pictures.
We can do this in two ways: 1. send it to us to have it rebuild, or 2. advanced replacement and you pay expedited service fee if you need it in a hurry.

OPTION 1. Send in your Fuser Assembly unit
: () buyer makes the purchase (Buy-It-Now), check out and make Paypal payment. Ship your defective unit to us first. Free shipping back to buyer (Domestic USA)

Take out your fuser assembly (email us if you need instruction, its fairly simply, you need a #2 philip screw driver to take off 2 screws, that's all). Keep the screws.

pack well with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides of the unit in a study box (prefer foam, but bubble wrap thick enough is good too), and ship by USPS with tracking to us (USPS with delivery confirmation, as our shipping address is a P.O.Box). Buyer needs to pay the shipping.
NOTE
: if you have more than 1, you might as well do them all together as shipping for 2 is marginally higher than just a single unit.

we will work on your unit the same day it arrives and have it ready either that day or the next day and ship it back to you to your confirmed shipping address from Paypal after it's fully tested and pass our Q/A.
Simply install the refurbished unit back to your printer and tightened the 2 screws back, then you are set.
OPTION 2. Advanced Replacement
: (same as above, except a replacement unit is shipping to buyer first, with a cost of 5 - ( core return refund). Let us know if you are interested in this service, we can setup listings for your to make purchase also.
- You will simply buy from this listing and pay extra for the core charges (5 = + core as it's hard to get a core now-a-day, so we want to be sure that you will send us a core.
- We will then ship you a unit already being prepared within 1 business day.
- When you receive the new working unit, install in your printer, and pack the old unit from your printer with the same packaging that it came with, and ship it back to us. Again, buyer pays shipping, as it's hard to figure out where all the buyers are shipping from, so it's simpler to do it this way. Ship with any reputable carrier, using any secure and trackable method to ensure delivery.
- once the core (old unit) is received, then the will be refunded back to your Paypal account.
This Offer is only for the rebuild/refurbishment of the upper fuser roller for Apple LaserWriter 16/600 FUSER ASSEMBLY unit (Apple service part number 661-0091) and does not cover any other parts that may be broken. If your core has other damages such as broken gears, burnt heating element, missing brackets, springs, then additional charges will be calculated. If you do not provide the correct core, then this offer will not complete and you need to pay shipping for the return of your wrong or much damaged core back to you, or we will dispose or recycle at our own discretion.
