This auction is for the
Heavy Iron Tool Rest Head & a Bolt & sleeve
exactly as pictured. The bolt is 5/8" diameter but the head hole is 3/4"  Sold as Is As Found--priced accordingly.
Came From a Well Maintained Vintage 10" Montgomery Ward Powr-Kraft Wood Lathe Model TRT-2020 Serial 3831 with a 2" Gap between rails of the cast iron bed.
Wear and Tear dust and dirt rust and pitting small nicks paint loss  on the head but in decent working condition.

I may disassemble some tools for safe economical shipping.
