Valentine 95 Single Action Fly Reel

This is the classic “Pflueger Medalist on steroids” in decent shape. There are a few scuffs on the outside, including the drag knob, but mechanically it’s perfect. Valentine stopped making these years ago, but they still service them with parts. These reels are getting more and more difficult to find. I’ve used this reel only a few times in salt water. I really love it, but I don’t use it enough to justify keeping it. I’d like to see it go to someone who’ll use it regularly. This reel is set up for right-hand retrieve. It’s perfect for heavy freshwater or saltwater use. Will work well with a 7- to 9-weight line. The line shown on the reel does not come with it. I’ll mail only within the United states.
