VINTAGE 1960s COACH VINCE LOMBARDI CADILLAC SALESMAN CAR DEALERSHIP PLAQUE

This is a vintage brass plaque. The front has an inspirational quote, by Coach VINCE LOMBARDI. (Legendary head coach of the Green Bay Packers for years.) These plaques were not made available to the public, but were GIVEN TO CADILLAC SALES MANAGERS ONLY during a sales event. (I have a similar Cadillac plaque, with a quote by President John F. Kennedy, in a separate eBay auction.) Inside the paper sleeve, it is marked: "As a Cadillac Sales Manager in the midst of a 70-day 'Challenge Of Excellence,' out to reach your own goal of eligible units delivered, Lombardi's attitude sets a winning example...Do everything you can dream up to get a winning performance from your sales team. You can do it." The plaque measures 9 & 3/4 inches by 7 & 3/4 inches. There is no date on the plaque or paper folder in which it is held - I think this was made in the 1960's - perhaps the early 1970's. The plaque is in EXCELLENT condition. The paper sleeve is GOOD with some soiling (especially on the bottom / back) and general "wear & tear." This item is guaranteed to be old & original or your money back.
