    Description

    This auction is for an Aurora Suntech Model STGSW Fly Reel. This gold tones reel is in EXCELLENT condition! It does not even look like it's been used. We got this as part of a local estate. Includes the reel and carrying pouch. Did not come with box or any paperwork. Thank you for looking and be sure to check out our other listings.

    LISTING DESCRIPTIONS
    We will make every effort, when listing an item, to provide as many details as we can related to the item. We want our buyers to be fully aware of what they are buying, and it’s actual condition. We make NO attempt to hide any flaws or defects in the items we list, and we will describe and photograph all flaws to the best of our ability. Please review ALL photographs as part of the item description. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have BEFORE placing a bid or buying an item.
    PAYMENT
    As per eBay’s policy, all items purchased either as highest bidder in an auction or as a Buy It Now, must be paid for with 48 hours
    (2 days) from time of purchase. eBay automatically sends buyers a reminder 24 hours after purchase, and we will also send a reminder 48 hours after. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, and we have not heard from the buyer to arrange for extra time, the item will be re-listed and a claim for non-payment will be made.
    Currently, we only accept payment through eBay’s payment manager, for items purchased for shipping on eBay. If you purchase one of our Local Pickup Only items, we can accept PayPal, Major Credit Cards through Square Processing (with valid ID), or Cash.
    SHIPPING
    We do our very best to ensure that the items we sell are packaged in a way that they will make it through shipping undamaged. In an attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we may use CLEAN recycled shipping supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap and packing peanuts. We will always use USPS Ground or USPS Flat Rate Shipping, whichever is cheapest. All Items will have a tracking number and insurance up to the amount of the item.
    If the buyer would like a different type of shipping, please contact us BEFORE making payment. We will change the shipping for you and send you an eBay invoice. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, SHIPPING CANNOT BE CHANGED.
    We can combine shipping for you if you buy multiple items from us.
    HOWEVER, you, the buyer, must notify us BEFORE making payment on any of your items. ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE ON AN ITEM, IT CAN NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN COMBINED SHIPPING AND WILL SHIP SEPARATELY.
    We will ship ONLY to a verified address within the continental United States. Sorry, we are not able to ship internationally.
    We do our very best to expedite shipping by processing your purchase quickly. Same or next day in most cases. HOWEVER, our brick and mortar store is not open Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, any auction ending on those days, or any buy it now made on those days will be packaged, processed and delivered to the post office on Wednesday following your purchase.
    COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND FEEDBACK
    We firmly believe that a prompt resolution of an issue can turn a not so good experience into one that is satisfactory for everyone! For example, our items are listed with 30 day return available at the buyer’s expense. HOWEVER, If you receive an item that is not in the same condition that we described, or is broken during shipping, please contact us. We will arrange for you to return the item at our expense. Also, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us BEFORE opening a claim or leaving a less than positive feedback to see if we can resolve your concern. On the eBay platform, feedback is critical to both the seller and the buyer. Upon every paid purchase, we will promptly leave a positive feedback.
