You don’t see these around very often any more.  Beautiful 12 ¼” Amber Whiskey Bottle, heavily embossed-  Established 1857 H. Free & Co. Free’s Pure-Rye Whiskey York … Penna.
A few minor wear marks and a rough spot on the lip.  I will call it a slight chip for accuracy, it is rough to touch, SEE PICTURE #6.

I would consider this to be in excellent condition.  See details above and photos.
Grading on Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor scale.
